KYN61-40.5(Z) 型鎧裝移開式交流金屬封閉開關柜 ( 以下簡稱開關柜 ) 系三相交流 50Hz，額定電壓 40.5kV 的戶內成套配電裝置。作為發電廠、變電站及工礦企業接受和分配電能之用。對電路起到控制、保護和檢測等功能，還可用于頻繁操作的場所。 

本開關柜符合 GB/T11022-1999、GB3906-1991 及 DL404-1997 等標準。 

KYN61-40.5(Z) Armored Removable AC Metal Enclosed Switchgear (hereinafter referred to as Switchgear) is a three-phase AC 50Hz indoor complete power distribution device with a rated voltage of 40.5kV. As power plants, substations and industrial and mining enterprises to receive and distribute electricity. It can control, protect and detect circuits, and can also be used in places with frequent operations. 

This switch cabinet complies with GB/T11022-1999, GB3906-1991, DL404-1997 and other standards.

正常使用環境 Normal operating environment

◇ 周圍空氣溫度 Ambient air temperature：溫度 maximum temperature+40℃ ; 低溫度 minimum temperature -15℃。

◇ 相對濕度 Relative humidity：日平均相對濕度 daily average relative humidity：≤ 95%, 

◇ 日平均水蒸氣壓力不超過 The daily average water vapor pressure shall not exceed2.2kPa；

◇ 月平均相對濕度 Monthly average relative humidity：≤ 90%, 

◇ 月平均水蒸氣壓力不超過 The monthly average water vapor pressure shall not exceed1.8kPa； 

◇ 海拔高度 Altitude：1000m 以下 below。 

◇ 地震烈度 Earthquake intensity：不超過 no more than8 度 degrees。 

◇ 周圍空氣應不受腐蝕性或可燃氣體、水蒸氣等明顯污染。 

Ambient air shall not be obviously polluted by corrosive or flammable gases, water vapor, etc. 

◇ 無劇烈振動場所 No violent vibration place。 

◇ 超出 GB3906 規定的正常條件下使用時，由用戶和制造廠協商。 

If it is used under normal conditions beyond GB3906, the user shall negotiate with the manufacturer.

◇ 柜體結構采用組裝式，斷路器采用手車落地式結構； 

◇ 配用新復合絕緣真空斷路器，并具有互換性好更換簡單之特點； 

◇ 手車車架中裝有絲杠螺母推進機構，可輕松移動手車，并防止誤操作而損壞推進結構； 

◇操作均可在柜門關閉狀態下進行； 

◇ 主開關、手車、開關柜門之間的聯鎖均采用強制性機械閉鎖方式，滿足“五防”功能； 

◇ 電纜室空間充裕，可連接多根電纜； 

◇ 快速接地開關用于接地和回路短路； 

◇ 外殼防護等級 IP3X，手車室門打開狀態下，防護等級 IP2X; 

◇ 產品符合 GB3906-1991、DL404-1997 及參照采用 IEC-298 標準。 

◇ The cabinet body structure adopts assembly type, and the circuit breaker adopts handcart floor type structure; 

◇ Equipped with brand-new composite insulated vacuum circuit breaker, with good interchangeability and easy replacement. 

◇ The frame of the handcart is equipped with a screw and nut propulsion mechanism, which can easily move the handcart and prevent misoperation from damaging the propulsion structure; 

◇ All operations can be performed when the cabinet door is closed; 

◇ The interlock between the main switch, handcart and switch cabinet door adopts mandatory mechanical locking to meet the "five prevention" function; 

◇ Cable room has plenty of space and can connect multiple cables; 

◇ Quick grounding switch is used for grounding and short circuit of circuit; 

◇ The protection level of the shell is IP3X, and the protection level is IP2X when the handcart door is open; 

◇ The product conforms to GB3906-1991, DL404-1997 and adopts international IEC-298 standard by reference.
